General
All services and artwork offered through Tales Unfold and Wildweave Creations are carried out with care, integrity, and attention to detail. By booking a service or purchasing artwork, you agree to the following terms.

Payment for Services

- All services (Readings, Reiki Sessions, and House Healing Reports) are to be paid upfront. If available, discounts can be used.

- Payment is accepted via PayPal. If paying online, please use your name as a reference.

- Non-payment will result in no service being provided.

- Upon payment and/or booking, you acknowledge that readings, energy sessions, or house healings are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

- I offer no guarantee or implied warranty and cannot be held responsible for decisions, actions, or outcomes that arise from the services provided.

Delivery of Services

- Card Readings are normally delivered via email within 3–14 days.

- Reiki Sessions are scheduled by agreement and accompanied by a follow-up PDF.

- House Healing Reports are typically delivered within 2–4 weeks.

- If any delay is expected, you will be informed in advance.

- All readings and reports are sent as PDF documents via email.

- I reserve the right to refuse any reading, Reiki session, or house healing request. In such cases, a full refund will be provided if payment has already been made.

- When you order a service from me, you are paying for my time, energy, and knowledge, as well as a written document containing my insights into subtle energetic dynamics.
- For legal reasons and the ambiguity surrounding subtle energy work, all services are offered for "entertainment purposes only."

Artwork & Prints (Wildweave Creations)

Each artwork and print is created with care, intention, and—when noted—magical or energetic work.

- Originals and Pyrography pieces are one-of-a-kind and cannot be reproduced.

- Prints are made to order to preserve quality and energetic integrity. Because each piece is enchanted after printing, please allow a few extra days for preparation before shipment.

- You will be contacted via email with your total price (including postage) before payment is requested.
Payment for artwork is handled via PayPal “Friends & Family” or PayPal Donation, to keep costs fair and reduce international fees.

- Once payment is received, your artwork will be carefully packaged and shipped within 1–3 business days.

- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details when your order has been sent.

- Refunds are only available if damage occurs during shipping. Please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of any damage so we can resolve the issue.

- Because each piece is handmade or made to order, small variations in colour, texture, or wood grain are natural and not considered defects.

Privacy Policy

This privacy statement outlines how Tales Unfold complies with European Union data protection requirements.
Information Collected:

- For bookings, I may collect your name, phone number, email, and postal address.

- During consultations, I may ask for information regarding your interests, lifestyle, wellbeing, or home environment. This ensures that your service is tailored to your needs.

- For artwork orders, I will collect your name, email, and postal address solely for payment and shipping purposes.
All information is kept strictly confidential and used only for the service or purchase you have requested. I do not share or sell any client data and will update or delete information upon request.

Return Policy

Please understand that I cannot offer refunds for Readings, Reiki Sessions, or House Healing Reports once they have been completed. Regardless of how you feel about the outcome, the time, energy, and written work you receive are what you are purchasing.

I put great care and energy into all that I create and always work to the best of my ability.

For Artwork and Prints, refunds are only available in the case of damage during transit.
If your piece arrives damaged, please contact me personally within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we’ll find a resolution together—either through a replacement (if available) or a refund.
Please note that each artwork is a handmade or made-to-order enchanted piece, and small natural variations in colour, texture, or wood grain are part of its uniqueness, not defects.
