Reiki infused Guided Journeys. 

 

These audio journeys are more than meditations.

They are crafted spaces—woven with sound, symbol, and subtle energy—meant to guide you gently inward.

Each track offers a low-cost way to experience field-based healing, especially if you’re just beginning to explore this work.

 

 

How Each Journey Is Made

Every journey begins with a script, written like a path—lined with symbols, imagery, and sensory cues to help you ground, soften, and step into the imaginal layer.

From there:

• I record the voice track using professional tools
• Music is chosen intentionally—not as background, but as part of the field.
• It is placed precisely where it amplifies emotional shifts or calms the nervous system
• Some tracks include binaural tones or subtle frequencies to deepen rest and focus
• Please use headphones if you can—these journeys are meant to be immersive.

 

How Reiki Is Woven In

Once the track is complete, I begin the infusion process:

• I clear my own field and space using grounding techniques, sound, and herbs
• As the track plays, I charge the file with Reiki through direct field attention, working with the intention:         “To all who will ever listen to this.”
• Symbols are layered in at key moments
• At the beginning, an aura cleanse and energetic shielding is embedded
• I may work with Reiki, element correspondences, or sound patterns depending on the journey’s theme
• At the close, I ground the energy, cleanse the space again, and set the intention that:                                           "The energy continues to support the listener in whatever way is needed."

These are not scripted rituals. They are living transmissions.

 

Are These Like a Full Reiki Session?

They are not as tailored as a 1:1 session—but they can still offer deep rest, subtle clarity, and a quiet sense of being held.

Think of them as general field alignments—gentle companions for when you need to reset, soften, or reconnect.
